This book caught my eyes while browsing around Ak.Sa.Ra Pacific Place the other day. Seems the author did a pretty thorough job in collecting all the information. Paid quite a bit of coins for Indonesian standards, but then again EVERYTHING in this country is starting to cost a pretty penny. If you are interested, am sure Ak.Sa.Ra still have them. If you are in the U.S or Europe or other parts of the country, am sure your Amazon.com carries it.
